Dr. Johnson graduated from the University of Houston
with his Doctor of Optometry degree. Prior to
pursuing a career in Optometry, he received a
Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education
from Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr. Johnson
began working with Dr. Lipsky at Advanced
Laser Vision as an intern and is currently the Director of Refractive Surgery Services. He received additional
training in refractive and cataract surgery management at multiple clinics in the Dallas area. He underwent
LASIK surgery in 2002, and can
personally share in his patients’ desire and excitement
of becoming free from glasses and contacts.
Dr. Johnson is an active member in the Optometric
Council on Refractive Technology, the American
Optometric Association, and the Texas Optometric
Association. Dr. Johnson resides
in the Clear Lake area. His hobbies include
traveling and attending professional sporting
events.
